I love my 2012 macbook pro lol i have setup as my light load desktop. Really helps connect all my apple and windows devices together.

I picked up one for 90 quid including delivery, the machine was in immaculate condition, few scratches on the hood, it seems to scratch easy enough, but under the hood not a mark, its very snappy and runs like brand new, its the i5 2.5 processor, but its only 4 gigs of ram, but even at that it runs so smooth, i would like to use it for video editing and see how it holds up, ill probably need to upgrade the ram, but for just general use, its an absolutely amazing bit of kit for under 100.

My 2012 Mac Pro (with upgraded parts) lasted me 10 years... but now M1's are making them obsolete :(

I have both 13 inch and 15 inch 2012 Unibody MacBooks the later with the High Resolution Matt screen. The high resolution screen is almost retina quality and is way better than the 13 inch. I have maxed out ram on both and upgraded Drives to Samsung EVO. They are both excellent usable Mac's. I run Monterey 12.4 on both via OpenCore legacy Patcher 4.5. I also have a M1 Mac mini and M1 MacBook Pro just for fun....🤪. Definitely get a 2012 unibody they are great fun to upgrade and so well made they are a pleasure to use.. I paid £115 for 13 inch and £80 for 15 inch Both have excellent low use Batteries but needed upgrading and cleaning inside to get the best out of them.

I still use my 2012 Macbook pro 13in. I have 10gb of ram a 480gb SSD drive. I replaced the battery about a year ago. Its still my main computer. I even have an older white Macbook that has 2.4ghz Duo and 16gb of ram with a SSD and that computer is my 2nd computer I take on the road with me a lot.

Just upgrade SSD, ram memory, add second storage SSD 2nd drive.

It's the best MacBook ever. Upgradable, M class CPU (later models use U class CPU which means they are ultrabooks not pro devices), nothing paired to firmware, graphics support Metal so easy to patch to latest macOS without causing issues, great keyboard and trackpad... Just get it an SSD and you're all set!

When i got these headphones i immediately sold my ATH MX40. And to me both these and MX40 sound way better than Sony MDR-7506. Heck, i even like these better than my Beyerdynamic DD770 PRO. Excellent video, thanks.

Watching this on my late 2011 Macbook pro 13" I got with Uni 10 years ago for £450... Although since I have also upgraded to 16gb ram, SSD, new keyboard and now finally needing a new battery.. I think I've spent about £300 on it not bad for 10 years. Still going strong and I love it! Everytime it dies I google and resurrect it.. it's come back to life about.5 times already ^_^
